RE: billing on airtime they dont provide

It is with concern that jet mart has since embarked on the business whereby they make your account subscribe airtime with them. The biggest problem is every month they bill you on %0 rand airtime they don't even give it to you. If you go there to lodge a complaint all they do is to give you a land line and ask you to call their head office. It takes like an hour or so for this call to be attended to that is if and ever you are lucky to get someone to pick your call, who in turn will tell you that he or she will log a call for your problem and will get back to you in two days that will turn to be another month and you will be billed again. I'm worried cause I have been billed more than three times and I'm struggling to get my refunds for that money or just to be credited with that airtime.
