Overcharged, incorrect goods, bad service

On 8 September 2013 I purchased 4 Cassidy recliners from store. Amos served us and asked if we would like chairs that rocked as well which I made very clear that we didn't as my husband is uncomfortable on them. When I got home I realized that we had been overcharged by R7200 for the chairs, I phoned Amos and was told to come and fill in form for enquiry. On 10 September they delivered the chairs but they where rockers. I went into the store to fill in the form and to request the correct chairs. Amos assured me that all would be corrected and would let us know. He never phoned back, we had to phone him numerous times, I also spoke to a Mark at the store but got the run around, was told that they had ordered other chairs and would refund after chairs were delivered. This was a as I found out weeks later that there was no stock. Eventually was referred to head office to Darian, after numerous phone calls to him, he never gets back to us, he said that they would come and alter the chairs, take off rocker and then refund. To date they have not come. They don't phone either we have to contact them. It is terrible service for a so called "quality" store. 5 weeks later!
