In September purchased 6 chairs from the @home menlyn branch. After a month of waiting for the stock, delivery was finally arranged for Thursday 31 October 2013.

Thursday came, Thursday went, and no delivery. Upon my enquiry with the store, was advised they would follow up and revert back to me... No surprise, nobody did.

When phoning the warehouse, a simple, no it wasn't 31st it was 30th from Ellen. No apology, no resolution, nothing.
When phoning the Head Office, the Customer Services Manager, a certain Carla, all I got was the same excuse the warehouse staff had given.
Still waiting for a call back on the investigation (proposed by myself, not them) outcome on the whole matter.

Cancelling those chairs, will pay R50 more per chair at Coricraft, but at least then will get my chairs.

@home should rather stick to the business they know, selling home accessories. Clearly do not have their act together on supply chain / logistics, much less customer relations / services.
