Mom's price n pride acc. We agreed on an installment of R1092. We've been paying R1100 without skipping. In Dec 2013 we received a letter reflecting arrears of R325.79.(09/12/13) I went to the branch, One of the staff said the cause was service and debit order fees and said the installment varies every month. I then called customer care and spoke 2 Philisiwe, she said there was a system error, the account is not in arrears, She'll escalate the matter to the head office for them to fix the acc. Next follow up (17/12/2013) I spoke to Nondumiso who said she can't see Philisiwe's comments on the system and she transferred the call to Esther who said she'll escalate the matter to head office. Next follow up (19/12/13) Bonothile said they are aware of the error since this is not the only account that reflects false arrears, their system duplicated charges on the accounts but it will be fixed ASAP. Next follow up (09/01/14) Banothile said the error will be fixed by (14/01/14). Next follow up (15/01/14) Rameena said the account still shows arrears of R1341 nd doesn't knw when will they fix it. Can anyone plz assist, my mom's credit profile is being affected by this! Plz assist!
