I am still waiting on the call back from your area manager. The sales assistant at HI store contacted me yesterday and he truely upseted me further. its been more than two weeks now and the only update he has given me was that he escalated to higher authority at the insurance company and still cant give me accurate turn around time. how can it be escalated now only after doing the same thing over and over. i requested him to ask the area manager to contact me twice before and i am still waiting. at the end of the day i have been paying insurance for more than 12 months R150.00 pm for what? For this imcompetent service. i need my phone for work purposes i cant go on like this with no promising solutions. HI or TFG need's to take ownership and stop passing the buck and make sure that i have a phone before this week. I am thinking of reporting this issue to the Ombudsman as this is unfair treatement towards a customer that was told by the store the incorrect information and now i am having problems claiming a new phone.
