My blackberry which was an insurance claim has given me endless problems and was within the OBF period, i have taken it back to the store and the staff member was very helpful and had given me another and i am having the same problem where the phone is freezing and i cannot access my applications at times, I have spoken to Neo at Finrite and she says the area manager of the store needs to make that decision of giving me a different model, the area manager was supposed to have given me feedback today and this has not happened. it seems like the senior staff of the foschini group do not give priority to customer service and make promises that they can not keep, this phone is used for business which i have lost out on for the past 2 weeks due to the issues i have been having with the phone, i have made a number of phone calls trying to have this sorted out and i am getting more frustrated because this is getting me nowhere and today being Friday i guess i have to wait until Monday for feedback as the area managers do not work on weekends. I am disgusted by the service i am getting from such a big company and want this sorted out and not prepared to take back the same model!!!
