Compliments to Sasol

We normally go to the Vaalmall Musica store, several times we have pre booked DVD`s or ordered and to date we have not yet received one of our orders. This weekend we were in Sasol for an appointment and we went in to Musica in Sasolburg. We were met by Bongi the friendliest musica employee I have ever met. We browsed and she assisted us with all our queries. I took a chance and asked her about the vinyls that I have ordered from the Vaal mall store. She checked on the system and informed me that there were available but she could only check on Monday. We walked out of Musica with 6 DVD`s and 3 cd`s that we didn't plan on buying and only did because of Bongi. Monday she contacted me to inform me that she found the vinyls Tuesday she informed me that it is in store and that I can collect it. It was a pleasure to buy through her and i would recommend Sasol Musica to everyone. I am still awaiting any response from the Vaal store but at least now I know that Bongi will be there to assist. You have a great employee.
