Games on Pre-Order not at the store

My husband ordered two PS3 games via pre-order with Musica Gezina. Today when he went to collect the first game, the store assistant stated that it simply was not there. No attempt made to get the game or to source from another store. It launched on Friday. Bad service and bad attitude Musica
