Vodacom
False Advertising

This complaint is directed to Musica I did send to them as well but Musica sells cd and the cellphone contracts I think before advertising they go through Vodacom first. There's a promotion in Musica pamphlet that you get a galaxy pocket and a dj bundle for R135 pm. I went to musica in Mall of the North and was told that there was error when this Magg went for printing on the last page of the magazine it states "All prices are inclusive of tax and correct at going to press". Vodacom is a big company and has a good reputation so far errors like this from Musica will make us as loyal customers of Vodacom to question your integrity. As per CPA a customer should get the item with the advertised price and I am asking you to tell those consultants in Musica to give me that contract for what it has been advertised for because I can assure you that if you go to a Musica store you will find those promotional magazine on their tills. I hope that my rights as customer would not be violated further.
