Playstation 4 - Preorder but no stock!

I had pre-order the Newly Released PlayStation 4 console at the Musica at clear water mall around a month and a half ago when the official PlayStation 4 South African release date was announced. That date is the 13th of December 2013, it is displayed in big bright letters of every Musica store i have come across.

When i eagerly went to Musica this morning to pick up the console i had pre-ordered almost 2 months ago, the assistant that said that no stock had been received and that a email went out yesterday that there is a shortage of stock across the board.

This is unacceptable! The release of this console has been known for months now and many other retailers that you can get the console at have plenty stock for all the preordered customers!

There is absolutely no excuse acceptable for bad planning, and seeing as its the official South African Release date! It now falls within false advertising that Musica would be selling this console on the 13th of December. i have contacted 4 different Musica stores and none of them have stock s this isn't a isolated incident either.

The factor of the matter is, whatever the response to this mail is, i am not getting my console today!!!
