A few days before Christmas, I purchased my daughter a tablet from Musica. Two weeks later the power switch was broken. We returned the tablet to the store. The Manager said that it would be sent away and we would be informed what the outcome was. It is now end of March and after running to and from the store on numerous occassions, there is still no relief. Today when I went to check on the tablet again, the Manager informed me that it had been sent to an external company for repairs, and the company requires payment for the repairs. What??? I have informed Musica that I want my money back or an item in store to the same value. They told me that they are unable to do that. What happened to the New Consumer Act??? The tablet is still in their possession.
