No ice? Again?

I'm a big fan of Seattle and go there regularly. I go through a lot of effort to sneak your drinks into the movies. I know it's wrong, but honestly: who would want a slush puppy when you can have a superb Mocha Freeze?

Unfortunately I had to settle because of your lack of ice. Once again (fourth time actually.)

When I questioned your staff their response was: 'You should have gotten here earlier.' It was just after 5 pm. Really? Should I adjust my schedule to when you may or may not have something as simple and basic as ice?
