Paying for a piece of furniture i never received!!

I bought a kitchen unit from beares with side shelves their warehouse were out of stock and just never ended up getting new stock, where the manager told us we will be refunded for the kitchen shelve, it will be removed from our account and our monthly instalment will be reduced every time we query it the manager is never available and will attend to it when he gets back!!! It's been almost a year now and we are still paying for the kitchen shelve and every time we want to speak to the manager he is still never available I feel this is so unfair that we have to pay for something we never received and I want this problem resolved!!! Can't see how they have a manager but he is never at the office!!! Staff is never helpful and use the Manager which is never at the office as an excuse As soon as their manager is back at the office they will get him to contact us and we are still waiting since last year for his phone call!!!
