Suspension of Email account and Reversal of Paymen

I made a payment of R200.00 on my @lantic account on the 19 December 2012 only to find out it was reversed by the bank on the 31 December 2012. I Received an invoice from @lantic today, that a debit order was possessed on my bank account on the 16 January 2012, and I must pay an extra R35.00 for the returned debit order, I didn't received a phone call of email from @lantic to inform me they never received the payment. I then made a payment from my Capitec account via the payment processing screen on your website and it looks like your system processes a triple payment from my account:-
