Fantastic assistance by sales manage

I recently had a torrid time with Kelvinator, where my fridge had not been working since December 2012. Aaron, the sales manager of appliances at Makro Germiston was really helpful. We both suffered abuse and incompetance from the Kelvinator call centre. Aaron was the epitome of professionalism, taking taking my frustrations and Kelvinator's incomptetence on his shoulders.

I am extremely grateful for his assistance and will definitely be making further purchases there in the future.
