Kelvinator
Poor service

We purchased a Kelvinator fridge that costed R7800.00 on 08/12/12. we recently experienced a problem whereby the doors are not closing properly allowing air to get in and making our food go off. We logged this call with fair price southgate on 29.04.12 and they sent out a technician on 04.05.12 who was not able to fix the fridge. the technician then advised us that he ordered the part on 06.05.12 and this takes 2 weeks for it to be delivered. the horrible part of this is that we have to keep calling fair price and the technician and our food is going off. this is becoming such a horrible experience that i feel like dumping the fridge outside your shop. i need the fridge sorted now or i need a new one and you can give this broken one back to Kelvinator, it was a lot of money that was spend now we have to put up with the wait and frustration and bare the cost of of food going off. We always buy from fair price and i think this will be teh last.
