Service Feedback takes foreve

I am still waiting for Kelvinator to get back to me after I received a call last week wednesday that they will send me a technician on thursday. I have been calling them since friday and i spoke to Robert who promised to get back to me. I even called yesterday and the lady kept me on hold for more than 7 minutes. I would really like to get some feedback relating to this. Kelvinator please please help me.
