Kelvinator
Bad service

We baught a Kelvinator dish washer. Since we had it, it has never worked. we phoned Kelvinator to assist us. They said they will come out on a additional fee of R350 for coming out to see what is wrong. Kelvinator took a week to come out after they said they will come the following day. And it took them a week to come out.

They found 2 parts that was broken and I was told they will fix it the next week on the monday. Its been almost weeks since they would have come and fix it. if we phone and ask when they will come out they just say the parts that are not delivered yet.

They have not yet phoned us or kept us up to date when they will fix it.

They have bad manners on the phone and really bad service.
