Shocking service in that store!!!

I went to Jet shoes in lakeside mall... the experience was shocking to the extend that I was asking myself really if headoffice goes to these stores to see what is happening.

There were staff chatting and not attending to customers at the till, only one till working and they spoke in Zulu asking each other if they will help the customers. We were in a queue. We all had to wait with those shoes till our turn in one till... The rest of the staff just not interested yet waiting at the till.

I think the manager was there too cos some lady (short) came out of the staff room and continued chatting with them, this is disgusting.

I advise Head office to visit this store and see what's happening there, we have so many people looking for jobs yet there people behaving like this at work, with managers nogal... did she hire her family or friends? I keep wondering as no one was moved by her seeing them standing and chatting. SHOCKING!!
