I bought a Dell Inspiron N5050 about 1 and half years ago. I accidentally damaged the LCD screen in July and had it repaired by Dell. Andguess what? the screen went faulty 2 days ago. Very unfortunety for me, the screen is out of warrenty, and i'll have to pay for the screen again.

the call centre agent was patient and professional enough to sit through the whole process and listen to my frustration while I pay for the screen and extended warrenty.

But i have to point out this feels like a to me, as I paid for a new screen barely 4 monthes ago and now I have to pay for another one, and have to shell out for extended warrenty as there's just no guarantee that the screen won't go wrong in another 4 monthes...

no more Dell for me
