Computer issues not resolved for over a year!!!

Approx 1 year ago I bought an INSPIRON N5110 from Incredible Connection Cavendish for over R8000. After about 6 Months the computer began to make a beeping noise - like the sound of a truck reversing, hence the name. I called DELL service and they came to try and sort it out together with a screen problem. They fixed the screen, but the beeping never stopped. Since then I have called the Call Centre (011 709 7710) at least 5 times without any luck. Not sure if the beeping was a warning that the hard drive was failing - but it has subsequently crashed. Prompting yet another call to the service centre on Wednesday 12 June 2013 - without any joy. No technician arrived.

DELL: Please :
1. Make the beeping stop
2. Fix the hard drive (which is till under warranty)

WARNING: I would urge other young Computer Owners not to buy a DELL computer because the extra money for the service is wasted - because you won't get the service. After the (non) service I have received - I don't think I would ever buy another DELL.
