What's the use of ordering online?

Placed an order online for a collection at BTgames in Brooklyn. And again, no confirmation e-mail is sent or an sms. Arrive at the store just to be told there is no order, need to pay the in-store price. This is now the second time. Last time they sorted it out and gave me the online order price. This time however I was forced to pay the full in-store price.
