POOR PATHETIC SERVICES RENDERED

I have placed an order for delivery and I was told it would take about 45mins for delivery. I placed the order at 11:20am only to receive my order at 13:15pm. I have called the store manager and she was of no assistance. I find this horrendous and frustrating as I am paying for my meal and it is not given to me for free let alone im paying them a delivery fee of R15.00.This is ridiculous as I had called the call centre line several time and there was no answer. On my last attempt I managed to get hold of the store. This is so frustrating and pathetic services rendered. The store manager was off no assistance either and to this very moment has not called to give me feedback.
