It is quiet disappointing that a store like Woolworths would send incorrect orders to customers...
My friend also colleague initially bought something from your online store and the wrong item was delivered, 3 months later I decide to give your online facility a chance instead of going in store. And Voila... My order is incorrect. A size4 and a size 7 shoe while I'm definitely sure I asked for a size 4 only. And then your customer service line is quiet ridiculous, I called over 5 times, and while I was at it, I got cut of- I obviously couldn't't give up just like that because I want my shoes.i placed an order for two pairs pair of pumps, one was black and the other was blue, on the blue pair i got 1 size 4 and 1 size 7. on the black pair the shoes looked deformed. I finally got hold of two agents yesterday who confirmed that my correct order will be delivered today 04/09/13 between 10am and 13h00. 13h00 came and passed and my correct order still wasn't delivered, so I thought I should call the call centre and find out if there's some kind of a delay, only to be told that there was no note or any kind of instruction that was left in my profile, SO THEY TO ME!! LIKE REALLY??
