Not happy with DSTV Install

Today, I had the installers come to install our dish for DSTV. They first damage my property and drill holes and tell me that they cannot install the dish. I ask them for solutions, they tell me it will cost me R600 for a new pole. i said okay get me the new pole and install it the next day (Sunday Morning). But they would not agree to do so until I give them the R600 my completed voucher. I refused to do so as they had no identity that on them to say they are from Game or as a game contractor.

Firstly they arrive 2 hours late than what was agreed upon. Then they damage my property and took their dish etc and wanted my voucher... This is horrible service, these guys was rude to me in my house. they operate like. I told them I get the pole for R250 and that they should come back. They said may Tuesday they cannot guarantee because they did me a favour! I asked a "FAVOUR" Since when is paying for something a "FAVOUR" Their number plate is CF 112 - 57 (Bottle Green - Nissan bakkie)

I am not happy with this service and I will take it to the ombudsman, as terms and conditions was not explained by Game staff of pro's and cons, when I bought the decoder at your Cape Town store!
