It has been 4 days and my DSTV not installed yet!

Your contractors do not know what they are doing. They were referred to me by Game Store in Cape Town Branch. They work dirty and drilled holes in my wall with our my approval. After they drilled on the wrong place they said it will not work. They said I should get a longer pole. I said ok its fine, they should bring it and install it then I will pay them give them the voucher. They argued they want R600 by me now voucher dish etc. They were rude to me and just disappeared. game called today with no solutions. I applied about 3 days ago via your website to have someone install my dish, no one did contact me yet. Now I am waiting with a paid DSTV, ready to be used and no one to install. had your SERVICE!!!
