Damage of Fridge and Kitchen by Game

I bought a double door Samsung fridge from Game Sandton. Given, the sales consultant, told me that I needed a technician to remove and install my doors and I agreed to this. I was told that the technician would arrive at the same time as the drivers. When the drivers arrived there was no technician. I asked the drivers to contact the technician to which they replied they didn't have his number.

The Game delivery guys then tred to install the fridge without removing the doors. While trying to get the fridge in it was scratched on the front left door. My kitchen door, doorframe and oven handle were also damaged.

When I called Given to tell her this she said it was my word against the drivers, until I told her I refused to sign. Then only did she try help me. When I refused to sign all the packaging from my fridge was left in the middle of my garden.

I e-mailed Kavesh Dhalipkumar, and Game Customer Service, to tell them about this. Kavesh tried to pass the buck to the driving company. Customer Service did not reply. Nothing has been done to sort out the damage to my kitchen. The fridge was replaced due to my refusal to sign -if I signed I am confident nothing would have been done
