DSTV Accredited Installers Damaging Property

Recreation & Entertainment

Dear Multichoice Management

On 29/06/2013, Aerea Connect [URL Removed] an accredited installer of yours, came to my house after 6pm to install my dish (New HD PVR Installation). The installers were Zimbabwean.

I was charged R1100 for the install which I paid in cash.

The following morning I saw that the installers walked all over my corrugated roof of my carport and damaged it to such an extent that I need to replace the entire roof.

I have contacted the installers and they had the audacity of telling me that I told the installer that he should walk on my roof and cause the damage.

The manager then told me that he will talk to his installer and call me back after a few minutes.

I am to date still awaiting the call back.

I need to know how on earth you can accredit theses people and I request that you revoke the accreditation immediately.

They have cost me THOUSANDS of rand and we as the public are told by you to use only ACCREDITED installers but look at what they do!!!

How am I going to recover my money please explain this to me?

I am now forced to go to the CPA and take this case of mine public so that others don't go through this
