NO customer service

I went to the Kimberley branch on Saturday to buy a pair of Nike Air Pegasus shoes but they did not have my size in the colour I wanted. I asked the lady if they can order it for me and she was adamant that they only send the shoes in the new colours so she does not know and I will have to pay a courier fee of R120, I asked if there was not another branch who has it and the Bloemfontein branch had it but still I had to pay the courier fee. I later spoke to a different lady who was very helpful and went the extra mile for me, Tshidi, and she had Bloemfontein send me the shoes. I had to wait for 4 days only to come home and see it was a size 6 and not a 7 like I asked. Now I have to drive up and down wasting my petrol because people in the shop cannot look at the size before they phone their customers. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. I am willing to pay R1300 where other retailers ask less and this is the service I am getting. I need these shoes because I have foot problems causing me a lot of pain when exercising, and now again I have to wait and I don't even know if they tried to order the shoes for me again.
