Bata Shoes
Purchase shoes available in another branch

Called at the CapeGate branch of Bata Shoes to purchase a pair of shoes. The size was not available at this store and the Shop Assistant advised that the branch in Zevenwacht Mall, Kuilsriver had the pair available and would request that it be kept for us to collect.
On calling the Zevenwacht branch of Bata Shoes, the Manager advised that no shoes were kept for us!
On contacting the CapeGate branch the Shop Assistant advised that she requested Ms Barron to call the Zvenwacht branch to reserve the shoes - THIS WAS NOT DONE BY Ms Barron!!!
We will advise our friends (and spread the news wider) of this type of service.
