Wrong size

Good day

I bought shoes for my Mom from Gallery shoes in Johannesburg Kerk Street on sale. they are written size 42 and the box as well is written size 9. I got home the shoes fit a person who is a size 6. so my complaint is why would you sell us shoes knowing very well they're not the actual size worse have the shoes even written the size yet its not. ive sent them an email 27 January to complain but still I haven't received any response.
