Defy washing machine

Defy washing machinepurchased at the store problem not spinning sent in to the store in december and picke up now in january.the spinner lid not opening and we explained its R600 a time for us to travel back and forth.. Natasha states they offered to collect but we said not cause they would get lost coming into the farm.. Basically the machine has a 2yr gaurentee it was a problem from day one they don't want to change the machine or give a refund.. What are we suppose to do with a problem machine and our washing is pilling up and still they repairing and repairing something that suppose to be brand new and don't want to work.. We have paid R2, 499.99 for something that is like second hand..
