A cut above the rest

When I get bad service I use this format to expose the culprits. When a supplier does well, I should sing their praises, Well I'm singing the praises of Whirlpool. I purchased a combination gas / electric hob from a distributor and the ignition mechanism had an intermittent fault. A technician was dispatched to assess the problem and within two weeks a new hob was delivered and installed in my kitchen. Now that is a company who focuses on excellency in their manufacturing process. If a probem does arise, they stand behind their product and ensure that the customer is able to enjoy the prouct as they intended. Well done Whirlpool, a little more expensive but quality and service way above the rest
