Dangerous gas stove

We recently had our kitchen remodeled and put in a whirlpool gas stove, one of whirlpool top of the range products. After installation we noticed gas smells. We had the kitchen installer in twice and then the whirlpool tech fellow in twice and he blamed the installation company. The kitchen installer and the gas installer visited our home to verify the situation. It was a faulty whirlpool gas stove that has leaking pipes in the internals of the unit. The installer says this is very dangerous and can result in the stove blowing up out of its cabinet and also blowing the doors off underneath the stove. This has put my family in a dangerous situation and when we requested they remove the damaged stove and replace it as it has been less than a month installed, whirlpool state it is scheduled for 7 days. So no cooking for 7 days. This service is unacceptable and the danger placed my family and home makes one wonder at the professionalism of this company. I suggest clients look seriously at end service of companies before installing gas and review product safety. Whirlpool certainly do not meet my criteria for safety or service.
