Pls inform your staff how your policy work, because they don't seem to know what's going on. We went to go and buy wrapping paper for my daughters school books but decided on book covers instead. It was all mixed on the shelve and she picked the one that she liked. At the till it scanned R29.99 but in your school leaflet it stated R18. A lady came and corrected the price and then just walked off. When I asked about the policy the cashier said it changed, but called her back. She was very irritated, grabbed the covers and went to the manager. She had no name tag and refused to give her name. The manager left in the mean time and when I asked them to call him they just ignored me (3 staff members) I saw him walking by and asked him her name which is neba. A lady named yolandi went to go and check on the shelve and came back to say that, that one WAS R29.99 and it was all mixed. Its confusing for a customer because your shelves didn't state that. Looks like a customer need to double check everything these days and as for your policy... your staff gets irritated when asking about it. Neba's attitude stinks!!!
