Price differ from the one on the shelve

I received the worst service of my life at Germiston Shoprite Golden walk mall. I took three bottle of ritebrand full cream milk which on the shelf was showing R7.99. when I get to the till the milk scanned R8.45, I asked the cashier who called Ms Mabel to rectify the matter. She came and told me that theres no way the milk can be R7.99. I asked her to go and check at the shelve then she became rude saying that I was lying. I went back to make sure and found that indeed it was R7.99, I politely asked her to come with me but she still insisted i was lying. I felt humiliated, she went with me and found out it was indeed R7.99. she said to me theres no way she can give me the milk for R7.99, she was so rude to even acknoledge that she was wrong. My main reason to ask the cashier the correct price was for them to recfy at the shelves if it was a mistake but no instead i got humiliated in front of everyone. she gave me my balance as I was asking the store manager. This is really unacceptable, I do not expect it from big shops like shoprite. everyone makes mistake but we must acknoledge when we are wrong, she should not have spoken to me like that before she confirms the price.
