I took my laptop in for repairs & was told it would be ready in 7 working days (and even that was a formality). That was on the 28th of November last year. I am still waiting for my laptop. I have gotten all the excuses in the world why I am still waiting including an SMS saying that it could take longer because of the festive season. Which is not a valid one as I topping it in before the festive season. After numerous phone calls I finally got hold of a manager who said he would look into the matter after 2 calls saying he was still waiting to hear from the repairs, no communication again. I had to physically go to the store and enquire why I had received little to no information about what was taking the repairers so long. With no apology and a bad attitude to the customer to boot, I finally got the information I have been waiting a month and a half to receive. Bad customer service on HiFi's part and a stinking attitude from the supervisor who should be on top of this
