Daddy's Deals
No response from support team!

I ordered a special that Daddy's Deals was having on Bucky Bars for my husband for Christmas.
I had already bought him one kit with the small, but when I saw this special that came with (quote) "1 x Bucky Book - an 80 page book dedicated to all things Buckyballs" I immediately ordered it.
My package arrived & when I opened it I discovered that there was only the combo kit with the 36 x rare earth steel buckybars & 27 x non-magnetic steel.
I have contacted Daddy's Deals 3 times now with regard to the missing book, but as yet I have not heard anything back from them.
I am very disappointed as I received an incomplete order, and would have even placed the order if it were not for the book that they promised.
I will not order from them again, as you could not even track the parcel or find out the delivery date as you can with other online specials (Groupon, Wicount etc).
