Service at HIFI CORP is APPALLING!!!

Bought a laptop, from HIFI CORP, on credit and also took insurance with them. Laptop was, submitted a claim at Fourways Crossing on 2013/02/27. Melany attended to me and she submitted my claim with insurance on 2013/02/28. She advised it would take between 6-8 weeks. She said that someone at HIFI would contact me between week 6-8weeks regarding the claim. 8 weeks have elapsed and I have not heard anything from HIFI!!!
I phoned them on 18/04/2013, spoke to Miss Nokwanda. She confirmed she could not pick up my claim on the system & that her Manager would call me the next day as she was not available. 4 days went by and still no call from HIFI!!!
Phoned yet again on 22/04/13 at 14h45 and Nokwanda advised that their systems were offline and that they could not check on the progress status of my claim - she however did not have a valid reason as to why I did not receive a callback!!!
Nokwanda promised that I would get a callback on the same day from someone regarding my claim but guess what - STILL NO ONE CALLS ME BACK!!! The customer service is very unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone to HIFI as the service is very appalling to say the least!!!
