I have tried to get ADT to add to their services but i could not get a sales rep to attend to the matter from November 2013. I have made numerous calls since then and even spoke to supervisor who promised me that my problem will be sorted out but i'm still waiting for her call. I finally got a hold of customer service on the 10 January but i'm still waiting for them to assist me. Finally i decided to cancel my contract on the 17 January but i'm still waiting for the accounts department to let me know how much my cancellation fee cost. It seems that ADT has the worst customer care ever! As long as they got their monthly fee, they don't care!
