STILL no car or follow up on repairs

My car was and recovered last year in November. My Matrix tracking system did not alert me that the vehicle had been either, instead a lady had seen three men pushing my car down the hill and had called the police. I have made numerous attempts to phone Budget (very little communication has been made from their side) to find out where my car is and how long the repairs will take. I have had to hire a car in the interim in order to get to work which is costing me a fortune. The call centre simply puts me through to another person who says they will phone me back with information and rarely do. If they do phone me back all they can tell me is that my vehicle is at Galliga Autobodies and that the firstly my car was on a waiting list due to the hail damage of last year and then that the suppliers had closed for the festive season and so they could not get the required parts. This is all I can get out of Galliga Autobodies too as I have had to ask for their number and address to deal with them directly. I should not have to be following up on these repairs. Nobody seems to be able to tell me how long this process will take and it has already taken FAR TOO LONG.
