I took a notebook back to Hi-Fi so they could send it in for repair as it is still under guarantee. They later called me to say i could go back the next day to get it as they had fixed it already.
I get to the store, they told me Azail (the guy who was working on it) had gone home, they didnt know where my laptop was, they searched for over half an hour, no one knew where it was. They finally go get the manager, a Mr Nellan, who just ignored me, as I talked he didnt even look up from his paper work, looked uninterested, simply asked the guys who was helping me, and came back and sat on his desk. They finally told me they sent it in to the repair agent and I should be getting it on monday. i know that was a told only to get rid of me for that time, because I called the repair agents and they have received nothing from HiFi the Glen. My main complaint is the way i was treated by this "manager" Mr Nelan, who treated like I was nothing. he didnt even pretend to look interested, my laptop disppeared and they didnt know where it was!!! when I told him I would be cancelling the agreement with HiFi he coldly told me I would have to pay the full amount with int, not evn looking at me!!
