My boyfriend bought 2 shirts (R330 and R270) plus 4 Rezonance tickets at SKA clothing just before new years 2013=R2500 spent. At home we realized the shirts were 1 size too small. My boyfriend said we should head back to the shop the next day to do an exchange for larger sizes, which he saw were available at the store. When we went back the very next day to do a quick exchange, we were met with complete resistance & ZERO cooperation from SKA staff. We didn't have the slip with us, but my boyfriend said he could pull a bank statement showing the transaction and if they checked their transactions from the previous day, they would find his purchase. He explained he didn't want his money back, just bigger sizes. The sales person answered his request by storming to the front of the shop and returning with a sign that read 'No returns/exchanges' which she tossed on the counter. Firstly, this is not how you treat customers and secondly, why was he not allowed to just change the sizes if they were on the floor? We have wasted time and money on a retailer that is unwilling to help it's consumers out and we've heard others complain about the same issue. Shame on you SKA Clothing!
