I am really disgusted in the level of service I received today from the call centre agent. She is impatient and rude. She has no telephone skills and should not work in your call centre. You could hear from the word go that she wasn't interested to assist me and that she was irritated. First she didn't listen to my full query then she put me on hold for a while without confirming she is busy or waiting for the information to display. She told me your services *162# no longer works and I should dial 141. When I asked her since when did the *162# service stop, she replied months ago and that I am using the wrong details. I tried just now to dial *162# and go all the information she told me I am using wrong. MTN should not employ people who don't know your products or services and who don't strive for customer excellence. They are your voice to the business and should understand their jobs are important. I simply hate calling your call centre.
