TELEVISION STILL NOT REPAIRED GOING ON 43 DAYS

I have sent in my Sony Bravia 40 inch for repairs on the 20th of December, the service consultant had advised that it takes up to 21 days to repair the TV. He did not inform me that the suppliers was closed for the festive. I then contacted the store on the 10th to inquire how far are they with repairs and they stated that the suppliers were closed. I then got an sms the next day stating that they are sorry for the inconvenience. i then went in the store the following week on the 16th to again enquire how far are they, they said the TV is still in repairs and because i have an extended warranty they will place priority on it, i advised the service consultant to advise the manager to contact me, I cannot remember his name and he had advised me to come into the store so that they can issue a loan TV, which they normally don't do. he advised (on the 17th) that my TV will be ready in the store on the next Friday (25th) and that they will contact me, It is now the first of February and i still haven't got a call. They must keep the TV and just give me my money back i will go elsewhere with my money because they do not deserve my business. HIFI Corporation has the worst service period.
