Excellent customer service all round

I purchased a few kitchen appliances in September and October 2013, making several visits to compare products and get detailed specs. From the start Osman was so helpful and informative that I decided not to look elsewhere - I'd been to 2 other stores to compare models and prices, and the customer service at both places did not come up to scratch. Osman found out what I wanted and recommended appropriate models without trying to upsell; checked stock availability, gave me discount on recommended retail price, and was always pleasant and courteous, greeting me by name each time I popped in to check on something. In his absence, I received equally courteous attention from other staff members. There were no broken promises - delivery dates were adhered to, and distribution staff made several phonecalls to keep me informed that everything was on schedule.
