I purchased two Gobii 7 Colour eReaders Black from [URL Removed] during December 2013. Upon trying to switch it on I discovered that one of the readers would not switch on or charge. I contacted kalahari in terms of their returns policy on 23 December 2013 and requested that they arrange for the collection of the item. I did not receive a repsonse and sent another request on 7 January 2014. I have not received feedback and would like to be contacted urgently.
