I received a Gobii as a Christmas gift from my boss. After using it for 5 days, the Gobii suddenly stopped working. I reported the fault to the [URL Removed] support centre on 3rd of January (speaking to a person by the name of Given). The faulty Gobii was collected on 07.01.2013 by the couriers. Since then I have called and spoken to Peter (21.01.2013), Carmen (23.01.2013) and Rene (29.01.2013). Every time I have received the same response - the Gobii has been logged into the Returns department and no further feedback is available. I am getting so tired of having to repeat myself and getting no joy from [URL Removed] Should I simply write off the gift? It has been almost a month... Epic fail [URL Removed]
