Gobii for Collection

My Daughter has bought me A Gobii from yourselves last year. It does not want to switch on. My daughter phone Kalahari on the 10th of January to make arrangements for collection to be repaired. She was told it would take between 3 to 5 days for collection. Today is the 22th of January 12 DAYS later and it has still not be collected!!! I have heard that Kalahari gives BAD service. Now I experience it for myself.
