Kalahari NOT trustworthy apparently

I purchased a Gobii reader in Feb 2013, which to my dismay had a million problems from order to delivery... I have it less than 6 months and now have problems with it... should be expected after all I went through to get it. Since the problems with this Gobii started in April I hoped it was only a once off, and left it at that... but after so many times of non-use I am finished. I charge the Gobii whilst off, but as soon as I switch it on and read approximately 1 chapter, the battery is way down low. The backlight screen flickers on and off at random it's beyond me

To make up for the mistake, I was given a lousy R100 voucher... seriously?? Which have not been used as I am dumbstruck by the incompetence and lack of integrity from such a renowned company...

Anyway... I must have seen this coming!

I would like a Manager or higher up to be in contact as call center, on my previous experience, have given me totally different information.
